The quartier of St Maurice boasts restaurants, shops, banks, an original covered market and easy access to the rest of Nice. An 8-10 minute walk from the villa takes you to the tram which transports you quickly down to the old town, main SNCF railway station and bus station. There is also an airport bus to and from Terminal 1 which passes via the SNCF railway station and comes up to the bottom of the lane. With such easy access to Nice and its surrounding areas our guests have no need of a car.

Nice is famous for the beauty of the Promenade des Anglaises, the Port and the old town with the famous flower, vegetable and antique markets in the Cours Saleya. In winter, avid skiers have easy access to resorts such as Auron and Isola 2000, which are within an hour and a half's drive of the city. Hikers and walkers can explore the Parc Mercantour, where it is possible to stay for the night in climbing huts.
